How to set up email to SMS?

Step 1. Sign up to a free Cellcast account. Go to Email SMS and register your email address as an ‘Allowed Address’. You can register and manage as many as you want.

Step 2. Go to your email client and compose an email setting the recipient as mobile-phone-number@sms.cellcast.com.au (eg. 0400000000@sms.cellcast.com.au), you can send to multiple recipients.

Step 3. Click ‘Send’ and your messages will be delivered in via Cellcast direct routes. All the replies that you receive will automatically return to the email inbox that originally sent the SMS

Additional Features:

– Wildcard domain format: *@yourdomain.com

– Send to multiple numbers at once by adding entries divided by a semi colon ‘;’

– You can also use a Custom ID, eg. ‘Bookshop’ this will be permanently set, submit a support ticket, if required.
