How to set up Custom ID feature as a Sender ID?

Step 1. On your Dashboard click on the 5th option “Campaign Manager” and click on “Send Campaign”. Under the Create Your Campaign page click on the “Get Started” button.

Step 2. Enter your “Campaign Title” and click on “Next Step”.

Step 3. Once in the “Message Content” section, choose “Select Sender ID” by clicking down on the arrow and selecting “Custom Sender ID”.

Step 4. Type in your company’s name or personal mobile number next to where it says “Custom Sender ID”.

And when ready, you can send out the SMS campaign as usual.
